Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be an adult and legally able to enter into contracts in your country. If you use eFitHub for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

Coaches are responsible for lawfully providing their services, holding any required qualifications and having a valid basis to enter and process client information.

2. The service

eFitHub is a software platform for workout planning, coach-client communication, progress tracking, questionnaires, video calls, media, notifications and supporting AI features.

Features may be in early access, change over time or differ by platform, language, plan or territory.

3. Coach-client relationship

Coaches independently determine their services, programmes, schedule, price and client relationship. Unless expressly stated otherwise, eFitHub is not the coach’s employer, a sports federation, a medical provider or a party to the personal coaching agreement.

Disputes about a coach’s service or fee are between the coach and client. We may provide technical records and enforce platform rules, but do not guarantee training outcomes.

4. Health and safety

eFitHub does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Metrics, charts, AI suggestions and coach content are informational.

Assess your condition before physical activity and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate. Stop exercising and seek help if you experience pain, dizziness, injury or another dangerous symptom.

5. Account security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Do not share passwords, login codes or device access.
• Report suspected unauthorized access to support@efithub.com.
• You are responsible for activity through your account except where caused by our fault.

6. Content, chats and groups

You retain ownership of text, photos, videos, voice messages, programmes and other content you upload. You give eFitHub a limited permission to host, process, convert and transmit that content only to operate, protect and improve the service.

Only upload content you may lawfully use. Do not share illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, deceptive material or another person’s data without a valid basis. Users may block and report; reported content and necessary context may be reviewed for moderation.

7. Milo and AI features

AI features may summarize data and suggest drafts for programmes, metrics or messages. They may be wrong and do not replace a coach’s professional judgment or medical advice.

Coaches must review AI output before applying it to a client. AI features must not be used as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Paid plans

Before checkout we show the price, currency, taxes, billing period, included service, renewal and cancellation terms. An independent payment provider may process the payment under its own terms.

You may cancel before the next renewal and normally retain access until the paid period ends. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights.

9. Prohibited use

• Violating law, intellectual property, privacy or another person’s safety.
• Bypassing access controls, unauthorized security testing or disrupting the service.
• Sending spam, malware, fraudulent or manipulative material.
• Reselling access, bulk extracting data or training third-party models without written permission.

10. Intellectual property and availability

The software, brand, design and system content belong to us or our licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

We work to keep eFitHub secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents, connectivity, app stores and external providers may affect availability.

11. Suspension and deletion

We may restrict access for a Terms violation, security threat, fraud, non-payment or legal requirement. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to appeal.

You may stop using eFitHub and request account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the effects and retention rules.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, eFitHub is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, coach or client decisions, injury caused by incorrectly performed exercise, or third-party content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer, all mandatory guarantees and remedies under the law of your residence remain available.

13. Changes, law and contact

Ukrainian law governs these Terms without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country. Please first send a complaint to legal@efithub.com; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court.
